WEP’s is a global joint initiative of the Global Compact and the United Nations Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Unit (UN Women), a UN organization working for gender equality and women's empowerment. The Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) work to inspire and strengthen the practice of women in every field and at all levels of economic and business life.
