World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5th every year, and this year’s theme is “Beat Plastic Pollution”. As Çukur & Partners Law Firm, we are aware of the importance of our responsibility towards the world, and we strive to maintain eco-friendly consumption habits in our office. Instead of single-use plastics, we use sustainable glass/metal alternatives and recycle paper and all recyclable waste. With over a million plant and animal species at risk of extinction and over 3 billion people affected by changing ecosystems, we believe that World Environment Day is a significant opportunity to raise awareness and protect our natural resources.
