Alongside many other critical European mandates and critical reports he drafted on behalf of COE, he was elected and performed as vice-president of Monitoring Committee of the Congress for 3 years. Devrim Çukur was also an elected member and vice-president of İzmir Provincial Council between 2009-2014 and conducted the presidency of international affairs and European Union relations Committee during this term.
